Terms of Enrollment
Effective Date: June 2026
1. Enrollment Agreement
By registering for any workshop, webinar, leadership program, cohort, event, community membership, or other offering provided by The Leadership Cheat Code (“TLCC”), you agree to these Terms of Enrollment.
2. Program Participation
Enrollment grants access only to the specific program, event, or service purchased or registered for.
Participation is intended for educational and professional development purposes. Enrollment does not create an employment, consulting, coaching, partnership, or advisory relationship between you and The Leadership Cheat Code.
3. Payment and Registration
Registration is not considered complete until all required registration information has been submitted and any applicable fees have been paid.
The Leadership Cheat Code reserves the right to refuse or cancel enrollment at its discretion.
4. Refund Policy
Unless otherwise stated for a specific event or program:
- Free events are non-transferable.
- Paid workshops, webinars, and programs may be eligible for refunds if requested at least 7 days prior to the event.
- No refunds will be issued after access to digital materials, recordings, or program resources has been provided.
- Failure to attend an event does not automatically qualify for a refund.
Any event-specific refund policies will supersede this general policy.
5. Event Changes
The Leadership Cheat Code reserves the right to:
- Modify event dates or times
- Change speakers or facilitators
- Update program content
- Reschedule events when necessary
- Cancel events due to unforeseen circumstances
If a paid event is canceled by The Leadership Cheat Code and cannot be rescheduled, participants will receive a full refund.
6. Intellectual Property
All materials provided through workshops, webinars, programs, presentations, recordings, handouts, workbooks, frameworks, tools, and resources remain the intellectual property of The Leadership Cheat Code.
Participants may use materials for personal and professional development purposes only.
Materials may not be copied, reproduced, sold, distributed, shared publicly, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.
7. Recordings
Certain workshops, webinars, or events may be recorded.
By participating, you acknowledge and agree that your name, image, voice, comments, or participation may appear in recordings, screenshots, promotional materials, or future educational content unless otherwise prohibited by law.
8. Community Expectations
Participants are expected to contribute to a respectful learning environment.
The following behavior may result in removal without refund:
- Harassment or discrimination
- Disruptive conduct
- Inappropriate language or behavior
- Unauthorized solicitation or promotion

9. No Guarantee of Results
The Leadership Cheat Code provides educational content, tools, and resources intended to support leadership growth and effectiveness.
We do not guarantee specific personal, professional, organizational, financial, or career outcomes. Results depend on many factors, including individual effort, experience, application, and circumstances.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Leadership Cheat Code shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from participation in any program, event, workshop, webinar, community, or service.
