About This Course
Every team includes people who communicate, process information, make decisions, and approach work differently. When those differences are misunderstood, they can lead to frustration, conflict, and missed opportunities. When they are understood and valued, they can become a source of greater collaboration and stronger performance.
Building Stronger Teams Through MBTI® helps intact teams understand how personality preferences influence their everyday interactions. Participants explore their individual MBTI® results and examine how the team’s collective preferences affect communication, decision-making, problem-solving, collaboration, and the way work gets done.
The experience is designed to move beyond identifying personality types. Team members apply what they learn to real workplace situations and identify practical ways to use their differences more constructively.
