About This Course
Have you ever wondered why some people need time to think before responding while others process their thoughts out loud? Why some focus on facts and details while others immediately see possibilities? Or why people can approach the same decision and reach completely different conclusions?
Understanding Yourself and Others Through MBTI® helps participants make sense of these differences. Using the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator®, participants explore how their natural preferences influence the way they direct their energy, gather information, make decisions, and approach structure and flexibility.
This course is not about placing people into boxes or suggesting that one personality type is better than another. It provides a practical framework for increasing self-awareness, recognizing personal strengths and potential blind spots, and understanding why others may communicate, think, and respond differently. Participants leave with insights they can use to make more intentional choices and build stronger personal and professional relationships.
